This website is operated by RESVELLA. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to RESVELLA. RESVELLA offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. PRODUCTS

Our products are silk sleep essentials including pillowcases, sleep masks, robes, scrunchies, and accessories. We strive to display colors and images accurately but cannot guarantee exact matches due to monitor variations.
All products are made from artificial silk (vegan silk/satin) unless otherwise stated.

3. PRICING

All prices are in USD unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders.
EU Customers: Prices displayed in EUR include applicable VAT.

4. SHIPPING

We ship via CJ Dropshipping and partner carriers to the USA, Canada, Australia, and selected international destinations.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

5.1 GENERAL POLICY (USA, Canada, Australia, Non-EU)

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our sleep products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing once original packaging is opened or tags are removed.

Hygiene Notice: Silk pillowcases, sleep masks, and robes come into direct contact with skin and hair. For health and safety, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items. This policy complies with health regulations for personal care products.

5.2 EU CUSTOMER RIGHTS & RETURN COSTS

EU customers have statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Return Conditions for EU:
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
  • Return shipping to our facility in China is your responsibility and cost (approximately €30-50)
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns
EU Return Process:
  1. Email resvella.restrefined@gmail.com within 14 days with order number
  2. We provide return authorization and shipping address
  3. You arrange and pay for return shipping to China
  4. Item must be received within 30 days of authorization
  5. Refund issued within 14 days of receipt (minus original shipping)
EU Hygiene Exception: Items that show signs of use (stains, odors, washing, removed tags) are eligible for store credit only (50% of purchase price), not full refund, due to health and safety regulations.
EU Defective Items: If item is defective or not as described, we will:
  • Provide full refund including return shipping costs, OR
  • Send replacement at no charge, no return required
Statutory Rights: This policy does not affect your statutory rights as an EU consumer. However, we strongly recommend reviewing product details carefully before purchasing, as return shipping costs to our facility may exceed the item value.

6. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, designs, logos, and branding are property of RESVELLA. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

RESVELLA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.

By placing an order with RESVELLA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

We pack each order ourselves. We check the stitching. We include a handwritten thank-you note. We imagine you unboxing it—tired, hopeful, ready for rest.

If your package is delayed, know that we're tracking it too. If it arrives imperfect, we fix it. No scripts. No robots. Just two people in Singapore who believe sleep matters.
